  • Can I schedule a consultation?
    HL HAIR doesn't take appointments for a consultation. Instead, after your desired appointment time has been requested, Heidi will reach out to have a generalized consultation via text.
  • What service should I book?
    If you aren't sure which service to schedule, no worries! HL HAIR has a brief quiz that will suggest what service to schedule based off your answers. Start this quiz by clicking the button below. After you've submitted the suggested appointment request, Heidi will reach out through text to chat more and make sure you've booked the appropriate service.
  • Does HL HAIR have a phone number?
    Yes, but it is only available to clients with a scheduled appointment.
  • How can I speak with someone?
    All appointments are scheduled digitally and questions are answered throughout our website. If you cant find an answer to your question, you may email Heidi at hlhairct@yahoo.com.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    ​Yes, and we do recognize that scheduling conflicts may arise; therefore request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. If we don't receive a 48-hour cancellation notice, you will be required to pay a $50 rebooking fee that must be paid before your next appointment. A "no show" appointment will be charged a rebooking fee of $100 or 50% of the total cost of services booked prior to booking another appointment. Please understand if you do not provide HL HAIR with enough notice the opportunity to fill that time frame is missed. Confirmation calls/texts and emails are provided in advance for your convenience.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    All major credit cards, apple pay and cash. Payments NOT accepted: Cash app Venmo Zelle Affirm/Klarna Checks Manually entered credit cards
  • Are children/visitors or animals allowed?
    Unfortunately, No. Although the waiting area is cozy, We do ask that you refrain from bringing any guests. ​We also understand that circumstances arise with childcare, but in order for HL HAIR to maintain a relaxing environment for guests, Please leave your children at home. ​ HL HAIR and the Department of Public Health Do not allow pets of any kind, unless they are trained service dogs. Per the American Disabilities Act, a “service animal” is a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks on behalf of an individual with a disability. The tasks the dog performs must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals. We appreciate your cooperation.
